Self Serve Depot Kiosks

Easy to use and saves time

Parcelforce Worldwide are currently trialling the use of self serve kiosks in our London Central, Newcastle and Milton Keynes depots.

Customers at these depots can pay for a parcel shipment at the kiosk, or pay for a parcel shipment online and use a simple mobile QR code to print labels on-site at the depot, before handing the parcel to counter staff. Simple and easy to use, we're hoping the trial will provide our customers with a speedier, more convenient way of sending items with us.

Long opening hours

Open until 7pm Monday - Friday and until 12.30pm on Saturday's, our depots provide customers with an alternative parcel sending location at a time more convenient for them.

Free parking

No need to find a space on a busy high street or pay for parking - our depots offer customers free parking right outside the entrance.

Range of delivery and speed options

Whether it's a small or a large parcel, our depots offer a wide range of services to suit the sender and the recipent.
