  • No weight limit for multi-item consignments to a single address

Price

  • Simple, flat international shipping rates – tailored for each customer and based upon a detailed understanding of your despatch profile
  • There is a €5 clearance fee per consignment for europriority to all destinations when using the Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP) Delivery Term
  • Our europriority invoice support document, which can be found on your online invoicing portal provides additional guidance around duty and tax charges
  • Please note there is a €5000 per item value cap when using our europriority services. If one consignment has multiple items and any of these has a defined price of more than €5000, the whole consignment will be RTS.

The delivery

  • Our online despatch system automatically generates all your export documentation however this is a paperless service. Customs documentation does not need to be physically attached to the item

  • Delivery notifications and inflight delivery options available
  • We always obtain an electronic signature

Compensation for shippers

  • Delivery is guaranteed. If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the stated day, we’ll refund 25% of the delivery cost and we also cover you automatically against loss or damage up to £100. Further compensation cover is available
