Collection options

  • We offer a choice of collection and convenient drop-off locations to meet your needs
  • You can drop your exchange parcel off at 54 depots (up to 7pm) around the UK
  • Book on-line or via the phone for ad hoc collections

Delivery

  • We deliver our exchange service to the majority of UK destinations; for some remote areas the service is not available or may take a little longer
  • We have the latest state of the art scanning equipment  that enables you to monitor the progress of your parcel from collection through to delivery
  • Saturday delivery is available on the exchange services
  • Providing tracking and reporting that links the outward and return item in one transaction, so that you can track the progress of the delivery and return items

SMS/email alerts

  • SMS/email notification messages are sent on the day of despatch and the day of delivery to keep your customers updated on their delivery.  We also provide a 30-90 minute pre-delivery notification, so they’ll know we’re on our way

Compensation

  • Our compensation cover for delay, loss and damage is in line with our other express services e.g cover for express24exchange is the same as express24
