Choose an appropriate level of compensation for loss or damage for the value of your parcel. Not all items are covered by our compensation cover. Read our packaging guidelines to make sure that your parcel is packaged securely for its journey. Damage claims are not applicable for parcels that are not packaged correctly.

Items we exclude from compensation | Parcelforce Worldwide
Compensation cover for loss and damage is included in the price you pay but certain items are excluded from this cover. Cover ranges from £100 to £200 per parcel, depending on the service used, except for the Global Economy service, for which there is no compensation available. More information can be found on our inclusive compensation page.
