Making a compensation claim | Parcelforce Worldwide
You can submit your claim via our claims portal. Please ensure you have all supporting evidence (such as receipts and photos) as you will be asked to upload these during the claim submission. Submit your claim online. Submit your claim via Post. You can obtain a paper claims form from any Parcelforce Worldwide Depot or your local Post Office.

Inclusive compensation - Parcelforce Worldwide
Compensation for loss or damage is included in the price you pay and ranges from £100 to £200 per parcel, depending on the service used. No compensation is included for the global economy service. Please see the table below to see how much compensation is included in the price of each service.

Entitlement for refunds for late deliveries with Parcelforce
With the exception of our non-guaranteed international services (global value and global economy), you may claim a full or proportionate refund of the carriage cost if your consignment does not arrive at its destination within the guaranteed delivery time - please see the table below for details.

Items we exclude from compensation | Parcelforce Worldwide
Compensation cover for loss and damage is included in the price you pay but certain items are excluded from this cover. Cover ranges from £100 to £200 per parcel, depending on the service used, except for the Global Economy service, for which there is no compensation available.

Enhanced Compensation - Parcelforce Worldwide
The lowest of the cost/sale price will be used to settle a claim and VAT will be reimbursed where appropriate. You can take out enhanced compensation for UK and International parcels by choosing the relevant options when you book your parcel online.

Problem or complaint - Parcelforce Worldwide
For some complaints pertaining to the loss, damage or delay of your parcel, you will be required to submit a claim using our online claim portal. It is important to note that claims for loss, damage or delay will not be taken over the phone.

Items excluded from compensation cover for account customers
Compensation for loss and damage is included in the price you pay. This ranges from £25 to £200 per consignment, depending on the service used. Enhanced compensation is available for an additional fee to a maximum of £2,500.
