Deliveries
Please find below our Non-account customer Last Posting Dates covering the festive period. This includes our UK services and a full country listing for our international services.
For delivery by Christmas Day in the UK, the last posting dates are:
- Next day services: Friday 20 December
- Two-day services: Thursday 19 December
Saturday service is available for our next-day services on Friday 20 December and our two-day on Thursday 19 December.
The earlier you send the better, but make sure you send them by our Last Posting Dates. Dates vary depending on the destination and service, for UK services extended delivery times exist for outlying areas. Please see here for more information.

Sending a Christmas gift to a friend or loved one? Please continue to refer to our Last Posting Dates and live service updates as some dates may change between now and the Christmas period. We recommend you post as early as possible to ensure your Christmas letters and parcels reach their destination in good time.

Change to delivery windows and the express9 guarantee
As we approach the peak period, we are extending delivery windows to four hours from 25th November – 24th December. During this period, the express9 guarantee will change to 10am meaning refunds will only be given for items delivered after 10am. This adjustment aims to optimise flexibility during our busiest time, ensuring we deliver a great Christmas for you and your customers.
The charge for the express9 service will remain the same during this period.
Please allow extra time for delivery
We are expecting increased volumes over the Christmas period, please try to send your parcels as early as possible to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas.
