Sundays are now easier than ever
Our Sunday delivery service covers 97% of the UK population, so it’s the perfect choice for customers who are at home at the weekend.
If you are a business offering convenient delivery options, Sunday delivery is a great way to boost sales. As we collect your parcels on a Friday, you can offer your customers the choice of receiving their goods on the Saturday, Sunday or the following Monday.
As well as being great for your customers, it will help increase your first time delivery rates, and help to ensure your customers have a Great British Delivery every time.
We also offer a Sunday delivery service for non-account customers through our Post Office® branches. If the parcel is sent on a Friday we can guarantee a Sunday delivery*.
There are three main Sunday delivery offerings:
For our account customers:
1. Click and Collect: Deliveries to your business will be made by noon on Sunday so they are ready for collection by your customers after 1pm.
2. Residential Delivery: Broadly the same as our normal Monday - Saturday delivery service, with the usual end to end tracking, proof of delivery and email / text options. The main differences are that if your customer is out, we’ll try to deliver to a neighbour, but not to a Post Office®; and because we know that many people enjoy their Sunday lie-in, instead of our usual 7am start, our new Sunday service will deliver between 9am and 5pm.
For our non-account customers:
3. expresssunday: To use Parcelforce expresssunday, take items for UK delivery to your local Post Office®. We guarantee that items sent on Friday will arrive on Sunday the same week, at the recipient's address.Your local Post Office® branch will advise on the drop off time required to ensure the item is guaranteed for Sunday delivery.This means that Parcelforce Worldwide, in partnership with the Post Office®, can now offer UK deliveries seven days a week. Standard weight and size limits and a premium charge will apply to all Saturday and Sunday orders.
