Accessibility requirements

Did you know Parcelforce and Royal Mail are part of the same group?

If you have a hearing or mobility impairment, that means you need us to knock more loudly or wait longer when collecting or delivering items, you can register this through the Royal Mail App. This will then be applied to both Parcelforce Worldwide and Royal Mail Deliveries.

Download the Royal Mail App to register your Accessibility requirement.

Go to Account > Manage Account > Address and delivery preferences
