What are the last posting dates for Christmas 2024?
Friday 20 December is the last recommended posting date for our next day UK services, and Thursday 19 December for our 2 day services. You can see our full list of last posting dates, including those relating to our international services, here.
Can you post Christmas crackers abroad?
You cannot send Christmas crackers overseas. However, they can be sent within the UK. For our full list of Prohibitions and Restrictions go here.
Can I send electronic gifts (such as mobile phones and digital cameras)?
You can send Electronic devices with lithium batteries within the UK but there are restrictions when sending internationally. For more information visit Prohibitions and Restrictions.
Can I send Perfume as a gift?
Perfume and aftershave can be sent within the UK as long as the volume per item doesn’t exceed 150ml. For more guidance visit Prohibitions and Restrictions.
Can I sent sweets and chocolate as gifts?
Of course you can, it’s Christmas after all! These items tend to be non-perishable so there are no restrictions. If you’re planning to send any perishable food this festive season just ensure you read about our restrictions here.
How can I save money on my Christmas parcels?
- Save further by opting to book online and dropping your parcels off to a Post Office or Parcelforce depot.
- Send your parcels sooner, using a slower service, if possible
