Convenientcollect parcels

If you have chosen to have an item delivered to a local Post Office^® branch using our convenientcollect service you will need to bring the following when you go to collect your parcel:

• The email confirmation containing your tracking ID, and;

• Another form of ID with the addressee name - such as;
  • Digital ID
  • Driving Licence
  • Debit or credit card
  • Recent utilities bill (dated within the last 6 months)
  • Valid Passport
  • Council tax bill
  • Cheque book
  • Marriage certificate
  • Birth certificate
  • Mortgage repayment card
  • Trade union card
  • Military photo/National services/Forces ID
  • Medical card

We recommend that you use our online tracking service to ensure the parcel has been delivered to the Post Office before you attempt to collect it.
