Convenientcollect parcels
If you have chosen to have an item delivered to a local Post Office® branch using our convenientcollect service you will need to bring the following when you go to collect your parcel:
- The email confirmation containing your tracking ID, and;
- Another form of ID with the addressee name - such as;
- Digital ID
- Driving Licence
- Debit or credit card
- Recent utilities bill (dated within the last 6 months)
- Valid Passport
- Council tax bill
- Cheque book
- Marriage certificate
- Birth certificate
- Mortgage repayment card
- Trade union card
- Military photo/National services/Forces ID
- Medical card
We recommend that you use our online tracking service to ensure the parcel has been delivered to the Post Office before you attempt to collect it.
