Parcelforce Worldwide Secure Email Notification

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group takes online security very seriously.

Royal Mail Group uses a secure email system to protect some information sent outside of the company to customers and other external recipients.

Emails sent by our staff to customers and other external recipients may be sent via a secure delivery process using our technology partner, Mimecast.

You will receive an email like the one below:

If you are concerned about the origin of such email, you can always contact the sender at Parcelforce. The Parcelforce sender’s name and email address will always be included in the notification.

What should you do if you haven’t received a password notification email?

Click on the link in the notification email and click on “I have forgotten my password”. Enter your email address and press ‘Send reset instructions’ and “Password reset” email will be sent to you.

What should you do if you don’t receive the password reset email?

If you don’t receive the “password reset” email, search in your junk and/or spam for messages from “postmaster@royalmail.com”.
