Inclusive and Enhanced Compensation For Account Customers

Compensation for loss and damage is included in the price you pay. This ranges from £25 to £200 per parcel, depending on the service used. Enhanced compensation is available for an additional fee to a maximum of £2,500. Please see below.

As a Parcelforce account customer, you can take out enhanced cover across your entire contract, whereby you simply purchase the exact level of compensation you need (up to the nearest £100, maximum £2,500) for each consignment. The cost of this is 80 pence plus VAT per £100 of cover. You can take out enhanced compensation across your entire contract by calling us on 03448 0044 66.

To take out enhanced compensation for ad hoc consignments, you need to complete the appropriate documentation related to the service being used.
