Driver refuses to collect a parcel
If your parcel is not packaged properly, or exceeds our size and weight limits, our driver may refuse to collect it. If this happens, you should complete this form to cancel the collection and request a refund, as we are unable to arrange another collection once it has been refused.
It's important that your items are packaged properly - if not, they may become damaged in transit. Read our packaging guidelines for more information.
