Buying items online - who you should contact

If you have bought something online or over the phone that requires a home delivery but your delivery hasn’t arrived or items are missing / damaged, we recommend you contact the retailer you bought the items from. They have a legal responsibility to make sure you get what you paid for.

Please also contact the retailer if your item is not delivered within the timeframe you were expecting or you paid extra for a faster delivery.
