Help with logging into our website

As soon as you are registered you should be able to access our services. If you are having problems logging on, use our password hint facility to receive an email reminder of your password or if this does not help, you can request for a new password to be sent to you (please check that your e-mail address is correct) or you can contact our Online Systems Helpdesk team on 0344 800 6205 (email pfw.wdmo.helpdesk@parcelforce.co.uk) who will reset your account.
