Arrange an adhoc collection

For Information; script collections for the 2025 summer series examinations

Your centre has entered candidates for the 2025 summer exam series, which takes place from Thursday 8th May until Tuesday 24 June. Your centre qualifies for the Department for Education's 'yellow label' exam script collection service, delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide.

If you have timetabled exams on 3 or more days of any week between Thursday 8th May until Tuesday 24th June, you do not need to arrange any ad-hoc collections throughout the series. Parcelforce Worldwide will visit your centre every day from the date of your centre's first exam until 24th June. They will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient collection time. Please inform your Parcelforce driver if your exams finish before Tuesday 24th June.

If you have exams up to 2 days a week between Thursday 8th May until Tuesday 24th June, or exams that are scheduled outside of this period, you will need to contact Parcelforce Worldwide to arrange ad-hoc collections for your exam scripts throughout the series.
