  • Exporting to Indonesia will require customs paperwork for most items  
  • Please note that Lithium batteries cannot be posted to this country.

Change to De Minimis Levels - January 2020

  • The Indonesian Government announced on 23 December 2019, that from 30 January 2020 there would be a change to the current De Minimis level (acceptable value free from customs and excise department involvement) from USD75 (£57 approx) to just USD3 (£2 approx) for any items bound to be delivered to a B2C customer. This is designed to protect small Indoensian companies from competing with cheaper goods from outside Indonesia, particularly in the Sandals, Textiles (Clothing), Crafts and Handbag markets.
