You can track your parcel's journey online by entering your parcel's tracking number.
Please be careful when entering your tracking number, it will start with the letters FWPO and will then be followed by 7 numbers and 2 letters.
For example - FWPO1234567AB.
Please do not confuse the 4th letter 'O' with the number zero as printed on your Post Office receipt.
