Where can I find my account number and contract number
Your account number and contract can be found on a recent copy of your Customer Service Report as shown below. If you do not have an account number or contract number you will be unable to register as the registration form can only be completed by customers that hold an inland account with us. Registering on the site allows our account customers to book collections on their .net account and view reports etc specific to their account on their .com account; all facilities appropriate to account holders only.
Customers without an account can still track a parcel and book a collection from the home page without registering.
